Information we process

We process account details, delivery email addresses, order records and limited technical information needed to secure and operate the service. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by Defiant.

Why we use it

Information is used to fulfil orders, provide customer access, prevent fraud, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and order data, Stripe for payment, Cloudflare for DNS and security, and Resend for transactional email delivery.

Retention and rights

Order records are retained where necessary for customer support, fraud prevention and accounting. You may request access or correction through support, subject to applicable legal requirements.
